Hi, my name is Lizette I grew up in three different countries including the U.S, Canada and Mexico. I love to experience and learn about new cultures especially the way animals are treated throughout different parts of the world. I have always loved animals and I’ve always dreamed about being a veterinarian.
Currently I am in my third year of undergraduate studies at the University of Davis majoring in Animal Science. I hope to attend veterinary school in the future and specialize in either domestic animals or livestock.
On my free time I love to explore the outdoors, go hiking, camping and go on long road trips!
I am very happy and thankful to be shadowing at UNI Pet Clinic were I learn all about the day as a veterinarian and all the important responsibilities that come with the profession.
